New Bill Format
On February 1, 2017 the Barbados Water Authority will launch a new Customer Information System which will allow the Authority to provide more timely responses to customers, provide a higher level of service, and allow bills to be sent individually or consolidate multiple property accounts onto one invoice.
The initial change that customers will see is the new bill that will be sent beginning this month. The new format provides more detail on the service and associated rate schedule, as well as an overall account summary and graph of usage over time.
