PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
The Barbados Water Authority informs the public that as a result of technical challenges, there will be a delay in the preparation of water bills for the month of February.
Consequently, some customers may receive their bills after the payment due date and are advised to settle these balances as soon as possible. Customers with accounts in arrears or those who have entered into a payment agreement plan should pay their bills promptly to avoid disconnection.

Bill queries may be directed to the Authority’s Call Centre at 434-4292 daily between 8:30 am and 12 midnight.
Please note that bills can also be paid at SurePay, all branches of the Republic Bank (Barbados) Limited, the Barbados Public Workers Cooperative Credit Union Limited and all Post Offices.
Online payments can be made via the Royal Bank of Canada, the Bank of Nova Scotia and CIBC First Caribbean International Bank.
Every effort is being taken to ensure that normal operations resume as soon as possible. The Barbados Water Authority apologises for the inconvenience and thanks the public for their patience and understanding.
